SUMMARY
The Planned Maintenance Analyst - Offshore Supply Vessels is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic value of preventive and planned maintenance data for the company's offshore supply vessels. This role plays a central part in maintaining and improving the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring that all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment records are properly documented in compliance with fleet standards, class, and flag state requirements. In addition to core data entry and verification tasks, the Analyst contributes to major maintenance planning by summarizing historical jobs, supports CMMS users across the fleet, and participates in training initiatives to enhance system adoption and consistency. The position serves as a key liaison between vessel crews, shore-based planners, technical superintendents, and project teams to ensure timely, complete, and actionable maintenance reporting.
SCOPE OF DUTIES
The duties of the Planned Maintenance Analyst - Offshore Supply Vessels shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
• Enter, update, and maintain preventive and planned maintenance work orders, equipment records, and maintenance histories for multiple offshore supply vessels within the CMMS.
• Verify and input maintenance data received from vessel crews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Include in CMMS major jobs executed during out-of-service periods, ensuring full job descriptions and documentation are captured.
• Summarize jobs accumulated during the preparation year before major maintenance events to provide accurate input to the project team.
• Support vessel maintenance planning by generating routine PM schedules and reports.
• Track completion status of PM tasks and identify overdue or upcoming work for follow-up.
• Maintain digital maintenance files including class inspections, OEM recommendations, and critical equipment maintenance logs.
• Assist in reviewing and reconciling spare parts usage, maintenance hours, and work order documentation.
• Communicate with vessel engineers and offshore personnel to resolve data discrepancies and confirm maintenance details.
• Generate summary reports for management and flag/class audits, ensuring traceability of all maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement of the CMMS database, including asset hierarchy, PM templates, and task standardization.
• Provide support to CMMS users, including troubleshooting, guidance, and data entry assistance.
• Participate in CMMS training initiatives for vessel and shore-based personnel.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the PM Program Manager.
• Data Accuracy & Completeness: Timely and precise entry of maintenance records, including full descriptions of major jobs and compliance with regulatory standards.
• CMMS Utilization & Support: Responsiveness and effectiveness in supporting CMMS users, resolving data issues, and contributing to system improvements.
• Project Preparation Contribution: Quality and relevance of job summaries provided to project teams during major maintenance planning cycles.
• Training Participation: Engagement in CMMS training efforts, including preparation of materials and delivery of user guidance.
• Audit Readiness: Organization and traceability of CMMS records for class, flag, and internal audits.
• Communication & Coordination: Effectiveness in collaborating with vessel crews, technical teams, and planners to ensure consistent maintenance documentation.
• All other duties assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical diploma in marine engineering, maintenance administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, maintenance coordination, or technical administration-preferably in the maritime, oil & gas, or offshore industry. Experience with marine CMMS software (such as HELM, NS5, or similar) strongly preferred.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge working in the maritime industry
Experience: Equivalent of five years' experience in marine logistics, dispatch, operations, port agent, or as a merchant mariner

Primary Duties
1. Performs basic level functions required to operate, maintain, test, and calibrate measurement, regulating and/or instrumentation and control facilities and systems.
2. Performs activities to ensure responsiveness to natural gas and other emergencies.
3. Completes and maintains accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements.
4. Executes scheduled equipment inspections, tests, calibrations, maintenance and replacements as needed according to company and regulatory requirements on:
- electronic correctors, EFMs and flow measurement devices
- natural gas pressure regulation equipment
- natural gas odorizing equipment.
5. Assists with basic functions related to:
- large diaphragm, turbine, rotary, orifice, ultrasonic and coriolis meters
- communication circuits and equipment such as radio, modems, satellite, land lines.
- RTU and other SCADA equipment.
- review of lost and unaccounted for gas information provided by internal systems
6. Performs basic duties related to inspecting, testing, calibrating and maintaining of natural gas quality analysis equipment such as samplers, chromatographs, hydrogen sulfide and moisture detection equipment.
7. Coordinates and performs measurement tests with third party companies to ensure measurement integrity, accuracy and verify meeting of contractual requirements.
8. Monitors natural gas quality to ensure contract compliance and initiates enforcement actions when needed.
9. Investigates operational balancing systems, and implements appropriate actions to continuously improve results to satisfy desired targets.
10. Performs such work in accordance with Company, regulatory and safety procedures.

1. May be required to hold stand-by duty, work shifts, holidays, weekends, emergency call outs, and occasional extensive hours.
2. Is subject to reporting outside regular work area.

Master's Responsibility to the Company
The Company charges the Master with the responsibility for implementing the Company's MS afloat, including:
Ensure all Company logs/forms are utilized and distributed as prescribed
Implementing and preserving all corrective action plans issued during internal and external audits conducted on the ship
Sending ashore to the attention of the DPA “closed-out” copies of the ISM-CAR Report and ISM-Internal Audit Report forms
The Master on board the ship during an audit in which a non-conformity was issued is not necessarily responsible for closing it out.
Any Master on board the ship, at the time a non-conformity is corrected, is authorized to close out the non-conformity or close out the total audit if all the corrections have been implemented.
Notify the DPA in the event any miscommunications occur between the vessel and shoreside support when the vessel does not receive a response from shore or feels the response is not adequately addressing the issue; acceptable notification methods include email, use of AMR or any other means the Master deems appropriate
Motivating the vessels' crew by personally promoting Company policies and procedures
Communicating orders and instructions to the crew in a clear and concise manner
Documenting and communicating to all crew members, their individual job descriptions and responsibilities in an emergency
Verifying all personnel have their original documentation (MMC, License, Medical, etc.) upon arrival to the vessel and verify that the documents remain valid on a monthly basis thereafter
The Master shall verify all crew members on board have appropriate licenses, training, and familiarity for that specific vessel
Verify crew qualifications prior to assigning any task or watch
The safety of life on board, maintaining a high level of performance by the vessel and the vessel's company thereby preserving the environment
Verify that specified requirements are being observed by:
Appraising and coordinating onboard training requirements with the Company
Assigning duties to qualified ship personnel with respect to the MS Manual
Reporting accidents, incidents, and near misses to the Company
Ensuring that all controlled documentation is current and submitted as defined in the MS Manual
Reviewing the MS Manuals to include any relevant vessel documentation and submitting shore-side to the DPA an AMR/Annual Master Review
The Annual Master Review is designed to report any shortcomings, inaccuracies, or conflicts in any portion of the MS. The Company requires that, at a minimum, a vessel's Master shall submit one AMR per vessel at least once every 12 months.
The Code mandates objective participation from the Master when reviewing the MS.
Attention should be paid that any suggested manual change does not negatively affect or conflict with any other segment of the fleet or Company.
Master's Overriding Authority
The Code provides that the Master has the overriding authority and responsibility to make decisions with respect to safety and the prevention of pollution. The Master is directed to summon the Company's assistance when necessary.
The overriding authority includes the right of the Master to deviate from the MS Manual if the Master deems that the vessel or crew is not able to comply with a particular section of the MS or if complying with a prescribed MS procedure or policy could endanger the safety of the crew, vessel or the environment. The Master should utilize the Company's “Management of Change Form” if deviations to policy or procedures are deemed necessary.
The Master is responsible for responding to all “STOP WORK” alerts by any crewmember, shipboard affiliate, or facility operating in conjunction with the ship. The Master is responsible for investigating and recording in the appropriate venue all stop-work alerts.
The Master's Overriding Authority applies to all situations pertaining to their vessel, including third-party personnel, clients, and any other personnel located anywhere on their vessel.
Responsibilities
Responsible to the operations manager for the safe and efficient running of the vessel he/she has been appointed to command. The company relies upon him/her to set a high standard of personal and professional conduct and to set an example to the officers and personnel under his/her command. Marine Functions

Ensures paperwork requirements are met
Ensures "Notice to Mariners" are posted and updated on a timely basis
Ensures that the vessel equipment is operationally ready to get underway

Ensures stability is maintained as cargo is brought aboard and stowed, or as fuel and other consumables are used by using the Stability letter or the Trim and Stability Book

Adhere to and comply with company policies, USCG, and environmental regulations

Working Conditions:
Scheduled workdays cover Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays as required. Works in all kinds of weather. May be required to perform work at remote locations other than at shipyard facilities. Subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions. Subject to ultra violet light, electrical hazards, vibration, noise, and a variety of other physical conditions such as a proximity to moving mechanical parts, working at heights greater than 6 ft., working over water, and in confined spaces. Subject to very dramatic temperature changes. Also present are fumes, smoke, dust, gases, chemicals and hydrocarbons. Protective clothing, hearing and eye protection, hardhats, safety shoes or boots (Steel), and respiratory protection are to be worn accordingly.
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
Determines proper weld procedure either by blueprints, drawings, work order, or by oral instruction from supervisor.
Uses electric or fuel burning arc welding equipment.
Selects proper electrode wire and inserts into rodholder or gun. Sets welding unit to proper amperage or voltage.
Strikes arc which generates heat to melt and deposit metal from electrode or electrode wire to workpiece to join components together. Manually guides electrode along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specific depth of fusion and size of bead.
Welds in flat, vertical, horizontal, overhead, and diagonal positions. Examines weld for proper bead size and characteristics.
May clean weld joint or workpiece using wire brush, portable grinder, air chipper, needle scaler, or chemical bath. May preheat workpiece using hand torch or heating unit. May remove excess metal in preparation of part to be welded by using arc gouger.
May cut metal plates or structural shapes for assembly using hand torch, metal shear, or metal saw. May position and clamp workpieces together or assemble them on a jig or other type ficture. May tackweld assemblies together prior to final welding.
Visually examines welds for adherence to specifications. May grind welds or deformities on or in welds prior to completion of work.
Performs other incidental tasks such as transporting tools, welding leads, structural parts, and welding supplies. May also operate overhead cranes and company vehicles.

Must be able to read and write alphabetically and numerically.
3-5 years of welding experience is required.
Must be able to pass company specified performance or standards tests. May be designated according to type of testing qualified to: stick welder (plate), stick welder (pipe), flux-cored arc welder (open butt), flux-cored arc welder (fillet), flux-cored arc welder (fillet butt), short arc welder, heli arc welder, and flux-cored arc welder (pipe).
Must be able to pass 3G (Vertical) and 4G (Overhead) groove welding test.
Must have experience welding with 100% CO2 and working with 1" plate.
Must be able to provide verifiable references of past work history.
Physical Requirements:
Repetitive sequences that require balancing, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, lifting, finger manipulation, grasping, feeling, seeing, hearing, speaking, and an acute sense of smell.
This position is classified as heavy work exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements exceed those for medium work.
Location:
Travel to other Edison Chouest Offshore shipyards and port facilities may be required.

Primary Duties
1. Installs, upgrades, tests, and calibrates Operational Technology instrumentation and control devices. Monitors, diagnoses, and troubleshoots field communications and equipment failures.
2. Ensures accurate and timely interfaces between RTUs/PLCs/EFMs and the SCADA system. Maintains radio, satellite, and cellular communications equipment. May climb towers to assess, repair, and replace system components. Performs work in accordance with FCC, FAA and OSHA standards and SCADA/ICS procedures.
3. Facilitates maintenance and reliability of all associated infrastructure, including OT power systems, UPS, generator, HVAC, and other supporting systems. Ensures redundancy measures are functioning properly to minimize downtime in the event of a primary system failure by performing periodic site inspections and DC power systems load surveys.
4. Provides technical expertise and services in response to hardware and software needs, working as a technical liaison between SCADA and Operations personnel. Provides second tier technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
5. Supports TCP/IP network communications. Monitors network performance, coordinates scheduled network outages, properly connects patch cables, and configures IP address information.
6. Responds to emergency and after hour calls, such as SCADA & control system failures, power systems, communication and equipment technical failures. Coordinates and initiates repairs to minimize downtime.
7. Assists with physical and cyber security tasks including asset management, password resets, incident response, and compliance mitigation. Assists with identifying, isolating, and addressing system risks and threats.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Educational/Experience Level
1. Associates degree in engineering technology, electronics, computer science or a related field; or
2. A general educational knowledge acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and three years related experience in operations, maintenance and troubleshooting electronics and communications equipment related to gas operations.
Communication Skills
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical concepts to individuals with experience or knowledge of the technical area.
Numeric Skills
Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, retrofit and repair of marine air conditioning and refrigeration systems installed on Offshore Supply Vessels and other marine related structures and facilities. Must be able to utilize the knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipefitting, electrical, mechanical layouts, commercial chiller and HVAC controls experience. Must also be able to survey jobs, determine if repairs can be made in-house or requires third party support, then manage the repair till completion. Most of the time, the HVAC Technician will be working alone. However, vessel crew will always be made available or members from the HOS Tech team to assist when necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION
SCOPE OF DUTIES
The duties of the HVAC Technician shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:
* Utilize the detailed electrical and mechanical systems knowledge necessary to assist all employees with repair of these systems.
* Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and other technical documents to determine appropriate repair parts and develop repair procedures.
* Repair vessel air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
* Perform repairs and overhauls and of marine HVAC and refrigeration systems.
* Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products linked to vessels refrigeration and HVAC.
* Prepare for on-board installation and repairs by examining vessel layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary.
* Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
* Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need.
* Work closely with superiors to understand required service details.
* Test repaired equipment and machinery when required.
* Report equipment and machinery defects which were not identified as part of the job.
* Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Management.
* Comply with established health and safety guidelines and procedures and ensures the health, safety, and welfare of self and others.
* Identify and report to Management any health, safety, or environmental risks and make suggestions to address these risks.
* Use a variety of hand tools, follow blueprints, wire diagrams, pipe schemes, or engineer specifications to diagnose and repair units.
* Perform preventative maintenance, surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed.
* Adhere to company vehicle policies if assigned a company vehicle.
* Maintain tools and equipment by inspecting for signs of wear.
* Keep current on all company products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
* Possess the ability to communicate effectively with vendors on technical issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, or 5 years apprenticeship.
Experience: One to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Commercial HVAC and Marine HVAC experience required.

* Fluency in written and spoken English.
