Pros of working at Horsham Clinic

Local, free meals if I had time to make it to cafeteria, rewarding to help patients able.

Cons of working at Horsham Clinic

Understaffed, encouraged to cut corners, abusive culture, staff on staff harassment with no management reprimand, poor training, swim or sink attitude, told to break policy and procedures, so many rude staff, Management lies, poor patient care/outcome, constantly leaving after shift. Staff refusing to do their job/tasks, CNO, DON,CEO, no one cared about any legitimate concerns they were all swept under rug!
