Pros of working at Horton

The pros at Horton in britton are I'd its local then the ability to stay in the area is ok

Cons of working at Horton

The pay is low. It's not a diverse company. There are poor leadership skills in their day to day factory works in supervisor positions due to racism and nepotism. Too many people involved in intimate relationships that break families up. The pay is absolutely nothing but low low low low.

The leadership team needs an overhaul

How would you improve Horton's culture?

Get rid of people that are racist and start paying a living wage and stop allowing people in that company to abuse their power.
