You'll observe patients for any changes in their physical or emotional condition and share your insights with the nurse or team. Your attention to detail helps ensure every patient gets the right care at the right time. Create a Safe and Comfortable Environment A patient's surroundings matter. This helps create a calm, safe environment that feels like home. Afternoon Coordination: Midday, you might meet with the care team to discuss patient updates and align on next steps. Your input is valued and helps ensure the care team remains cohesive and responsive.
