Summary: The Procedural Care Unit sees an average of 55 cases daily, offering a fast-paced environment. PCU provides care both before and after procedures for Electrophysiology, Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular labs. Procedures include TAVR's, ablations, biopsies, catheterizations and more. PCU is an outpatient/closed unit, there are no floating requirements. Day shift holiday requirement: Either one working holiday or one on call shift. Weekend: One 12 hour shift every 8 weeks required, either Saturday or Sunday Scheduling: 8 week set/repeating schedule allowing you to know your schedule for a better work life balance. On call: You will be placed on call one weekend from 7a-7p one to two times yearly. ED, ICU, or cardiac/intermediate experience preferred. Qualifications: * Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. * Two years acute care nursing experience preferred * Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred; required within two years of employment. (Eligible upon completion of 500 hours in last 12 months of hospice/palliative experience.) * CPR Certified * Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care. * Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather. * Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record * State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage Benefits & Perks: your health and happiness matters!
