Pros of working at Hospice of the Foothills

Helping folks in the end stages of their lives with dignity

Cons of working at Hospice of the Foothills

Horrible overall overpaid executive staff not having even basic experience in caring for individuals about to pass. For example the CEO emphasizes their experience as a "black belt" in "Lean, six sigma" management techniques. How does this help the dying patient or their families? It doesn't. This is a certificate program provided by UC Davis on lin e and is an early 80's Japanese management technique geared towards manufacturing companies. So what? Chew up the dying folks and their families, spit them up? Next. How hideous.
