RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Navy Chaplain, your job spans a broad range of duties. You will support fellow servicemembers during their most joyful and most difficult moments. Your responsibilities might be to:
Conduct worship services in a variety of settings
Perform religious rites and ceremonies such as weddings, funeral services and baptisms
Counsel individuals who seek guidance
Oversee religious education programs, such as Sunday school and youth groups
Visit and provide spiritual guidance and care to hospitalized personnel and their family members
Train lay leaders who conduct religious education programs
Promote attendance at religious services, retreats and conferences
Advise leaders at all levels regarding morale, ethics and spiritual well-being

Navy Chaplains immerse themselves in the daily lives of service members. Reporting to the Rehab Program Director, your core responsibilities are as follows:
Assist the care team by providing leadership in supporting and facilitating coordinated care delivery to patients
Proactively identify and eliminate barriers to discharge, collaborate with the care team to ensure planning for appropriate post-acute care plan and back-up plan
Skills, Knowledge, Education & Experience You Offer:
Master's Degree in Social Work with LISW level licensure required.
Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio required.

As an Eligibility Supervisor, you play a vital role in supporting a team that guides uninsured hospital patients through the complex landscape of medical and disability assistance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Ensures staff is obtaining adequate information; provides opportunity for associated training for staff.
* Responsible for running reports and maintaining data integrity
* Monitor billing procedures and documentation, and provides updates with regulatory compliance; conducts periodic audits, and maintains files.
* Develop relationships with clients and county, state and government agencies.

Qualifications and Requirements

The Supervisor of Imaging manages and coordinates the daily operations of all assigned areas while overseeing the imaging services to optimizes the experience. Essential Functions:

Monitors associate behaviors and goals to ensure they are aligned with the Key Performance Metrics and take corrective action or action plans when warranted.

Promotes and initiates performance improvement activities.

Education:
Associates in Applied Science of Radiography (required)
Licensure/Certification:

Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTC)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (required)
