Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
Possess a current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, AND maintains this license.
Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or obtains within 90 days of hire.
Possess a current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
Pharm.D. degree from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
Completion of an American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited residency.

The hourly range for this role is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
