Hospital Housekeeping Systems (HHS) was founded by owner Jim Spry at his home in Austin, Texas in July 1975.

2008

In 2008 Graeme Crothall founded Xanitos by acquiring two small companies, one of which owned the XRO patient room cleaning system, and continuing his track-record of providing top quality service, attracting and holding excellent operations management, and always growing the companies he leads.

2010

BedWatch® was founded in 2010 as a division of Hospital Housekeeping Systems, an acute-care support service management provider with nearly four decades of experience serving the healthcare industry.

2016

In April of 2016, Michael Bailey is promoted from COO to CEO of Xanitos.
