    Pay Range: $26.80 - $40.20 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Conducts basic physician prescribed treatments and demonstrates competence in respiratory equipment related to respiratory care-based practice. Operates and maintains respiratory care equipment, administers patient care, and documents the practice activity in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR) at the required level of competence in accordance with scope of practice, departmental policies and procedures, HIPAA standards, and quality assurance guidelines. Education Qualifications Diploma or an Associate's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program is required. Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from an Accredited Respiratory Care Education Program is preferred. Experience Qualifications N/A Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Certified Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) is required. Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice is required. License must be obtained within 6 months. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to work in our ED, Med Surg, OB units. Conducts basic physician prescribed treatments and demonstrates competence in respiratory equipment related to respiratory care-based practice. Operates and maintains respiratory care equipment, administers patient care, and documents the practice activity in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR) at the required level of competence in accordance with scope of practice, departmental policies and procedures, HIPAA standards, and quality assurance guidelines. Position Details: * Department: ED, Med Surg, OB. You will be working with adults, peds, and babies * Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep * Schedule: Part Time 1x12 shift (6:00pm-6:30am) with every 3rd weekend rotation * Facility: St. Francis Hospital * Location: Litchfield, IL * Compensation that aligns with experience.
