Pay Range: $52.50 - $77.18 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital in Breese is seeking a talented Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between allied health professionals and registered nurses in providing accurate and rational drug therapy to patients upon receipt of an allied health professional's order; review orders for dosing accuracy, drug selection, drug interactions, allergies, and appropriateness; serve as a medical team consultant by participating in multidisciplinary rounds, committees, and workgroups and provide drug information to allied health professionals, nurses, patients, and the general public. Experience Qualifications Residency preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Pharmacist in the state of practice Required or eligible for license. Board Certification preferred.
