HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Occupational Therapist I to join their rehab team in a PRN capacity. Occupational Therapists live the mission of HSHS every day by helping patients develop recover and improve their personal skills and abilities. By providing therapy services as ordered, Occupational Therapists treat patients and assist them with performing activities necessary for daily living and working. Position Specifics: o Department: Rehabilitation o Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep o Schedule: PRN o Facility: St. John's Hospital o Location: Springfield, IL o Compensation aligned with your experience Education Qualifications Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required. Experience Qualifications N/A Certifications, Licenses and Registrations IL: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been authorized to practice by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDFPR) and must obtain licensure within 6 months. WI: State Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required OR has been issued a temporary licensure to practice and must obtain licensure within 6 months. Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
