Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: * Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy * Those licensed after 2016 must have a Doctoral degree. Those who were licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement as grandfathered under prior IDFPR or MBPT requirement for licensure (which allowed bachelor's/master's degree; the normal industry requirement prior to 2016). Licenses/Certifications: * Respective state license in Physical Therapy or has graduated successfully from a professional program, is in receipt of Authorization to Test Letter, is scheduled to test within 60 days of eligibility, and has not failed the licensure exam. After passing licensure exam, state license must be verifiable within one year of hire. * CPR certification within 90 days of hire * Valid state driver's license, as verified through the respective state Department of Motor vehicles driving record abstract. Other skills/knowledge: * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
