Performs duties within the scope of practice under direct supervision of the registered nurse. Regulatory Requirements High school graduate or equivalent required (GED). CNA required or piror Patient Care Technician experience. STNA or PCT Preferred Must have current BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Language Skills Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.
