Hospitality Associate Job Summary

The Club is located alongside various shops and restaurants. It is a fast-paced, fun work environment that is growing in style and amenities.

The Club is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Associate with flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and evening scheduled shifts. Shifts are subject to change, based on business needs.

Hospitality Associate duties and responsibilities:

* Excellent hospitality customer service skills

* Ability to pass criminal background check
* 1 year of documented food service preparation experience
* Food Handler Certified
* Ability to clean and cut or peel various foods to prepare for serving
* Portions and arranges food on serving dishes, trays, or carts,
* Stores food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
* Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment, and utensils.
* Ability to stock, maintain, and clean lounge buffet area
* Ability to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages to lounge guests
* Ability to bus, wash, and replenish glassware and dishware
* Ability to dress and represent themselves professionally

* Ability to complete/help with additional tasks based on the needs of The Club
* Good work ethic

* Team focused

We are hiring an energetic, outgoing Hospitality Associate to partner with our Resident Services Team to provide personalized service and hospitality that exceeds expectations! The Hospitality Associate I is responsible for greeting all residents, staff, and visitors in a warm, confident and knowledgeable manner.
How you will make an impact:
Handling all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.Building strong rapport through positive, professional relationships with residents and visitors.Listening to complaints and communicating a willingness to own, drive and resolve issues.Interacting seamlessly with other department staff to communicate knowledge, information.Monitoring Emergency/Non-Emergency systems and appropriately dispatching to other departments.

What you will need:
High school diploma or GED required.Computer proficiency required.Previous experience with the general public, specifically the senior population preferred.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $16.00/hourly

What you will be doing: *
As a hospitality associate, you will be assisting our residents, associates, and visitors in all things Roland Park. You will be the first (and most important) impression made. Duties include welcoming residents/families/visitors, assisting with packages, providing assistance to residents, answering phones, directing vendors, and other duties as assigned.

Ability to uphold our core values, and follow policies and procedures. Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff. Able to work a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts. Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask). Must work well under pressure, have the ability to multitask, and handle difficult/emotional situations with ease. 10th-grade education, HS Diploma/GED preferred. Previous hospitality/front desk experience helpful.
