With nearly two decades of industry experience, Brian C. Young serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Hospitality Ventures Management Group, where he is responsible for the implementation and execution of the company's financial, growth, and investment objectives.

Prior to joining HVMG in 2021, Brian held several positions with Interstate Hotels & Resorts and Aimbridge Hospitality, culminating with Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions. During his 18-year tenure at Interstate Hotels he played an integral role in executing transformational growth strategies, including platform acquisitions, individual hotel acquisitions, and related capital raising activities.

Brian received his bachelor's in business administration, with a focus on finance, from James Madison University.

Maria D alessandro is an EVP & CFO at Hospitality Ventures Management Group.

Fernando Agras is a Chief Engineer at Hospitality Ventures Management Group and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Cory has over 20 years of hospitality experience. Prior to joining HVMG, Cory was Vice President of Revenue Generation at White Lodging where he oversaw sales, revenue management, eCommerce and communications for the company’s full-service portfolio. Cory’s previous roles with White Lodging include Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing and pre-opening Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Cory began his career with Marriott International where he held several sales and marketing leadership positions throughout the United States at hotels ranging in size from 300 to 1300 rooms. Cory is a graduate of James Madison University and received his MBA from Babson College in Boston, MA.

Experienced Owner with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Facility Management (FM), Team Building, and Construction. Strong business development professional with a Aviation Science focused in Aviation from Georgia Avation and Technical College.

With more than 28 years of hospitality industry experience, Mary Beth serves as HVMG's EVP & Chief Business Development Officer, and leads the company's growth and expansion efforts. This includes all new business aspects of acquisitions, new development, and third-party management. Mary Beth's extensive hotel experience spans all facets of the hospitality industry including Operations, Sales & Marketing, F&B, and Development for premium branded and independent boutique, full-service and select-service hotels throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Since joining HVMG in 2011, the company's revenues and its national hotel portfolio have more than doubled and continues to experience accelerated growth. An active and nationally recognized industry leader, frequent conference speaker and guest lecturer within the hospitality sector, Mary Beth also served as the 2014 President of the Atlanta Hospitality Alliance, where she currently serves as a founding member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Mary Beth is a founding member and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Castell Project, a non-profit dedicated to advancing leadership diversity in the hospitality industry.

Matthew Woodruff is an EVP, Guest Excellence & Chief Brand Officer at Hospitality Ventures Management Group.

Rich leads HVMG’s Revenue, Operations, and Design & Construction teams. Their mission is to ensure that every hotel and every project benefits from HVMG’s talent, resources, and expertise, delivering premium performance that creates value for owners. Rich started his career with Marriott International and his first general manager assignment was in 1997 with IMPAC Hotel Group, Robert Coles’ first hotel company. Prior to joining HVMG in 2013 he held a variety of leadership roles in hotel operations, asset management, and development with respected organizations such as Portman Holdings, Noble Investment Group, and Hardin Capital. Richard studied economics at Louisiana State University, is a member of the Hospitality Asset Management Association, and has served as a board member of Central Atlanta Progress.
