Hours and Availability Typical workweek: 25-40 hours. Hours vary depending on business demand. Benefits and Pay Employees are considered “full time status" if the employee consistently works over 30 hours per work week. Benefits are offered to all full time employees after 60 days of employment, including medical, dental, vision and a free life insurance policy.
