Position Purpose: Barbacks are responsible for assisting bartenders in delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. The role ensures the bar has all required product to execute orders and cocktails properly with a clean bar top to allow new guests. This position is constantly moving, multitasking, and anticipating bartenders needs. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary.
