Job Description Join our prestigious team! The Outing Club is the oldest private club in the Quad Cities and has become synonymous with quality in relation to both food and service! We are currently looking to add dedicated service professionals to join our Banquet Service team! No prior service experience is required, however all applicants should be adaptable or willing to learn several styles of service including large and small banquet style service. Hours are flexible but having evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability is beneficial! Pay is based on experience. Banquet Bartender job responsibilities include providing beverage service at special events to include corporate meetings, weddings, holiday parties, etc. Other responsibilities include setting up the beverage service area as well as ensuring the bar is stocked appropriately with all beverages, garnishments and supplies. If the event is a cash bar, the bartender is responsible for taking payment for drinks and balancing cash/credit card receipts. The bartender is responsible for keeping bars clean and attractive to promote the high nature of the event to exceed guest expectations. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous customer service experience. Previous event bartending. Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
