What will you do?
Greet and attend to guests' needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff

Duties & Responsibilities:
Warmly and graciously greet all members upon arrival.
When possible, open the front door for members entering or leaving the restaurant.
Create table seating plan from Reservations.
Accommodate special seating requests for members whenever possible.
Seat members based on member preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
Upon seating, offer members a menu and inform them of their server's name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
Relay messages to servers and bus persons as needed.
Thank members as they leave and invite them to return.
Qualifications:
Previous restaurant experience required.
Be able to working in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Must be able to communicate clearly in English with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel, members and guests. (Spanish helpful)
Must be computer literate and able to learn the POS, Reservation and Management Information Systems
Must have exceptional grooming habits.
