ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY We are hiring seasonal Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team at our Main Club & Beach Club outlet, starting May 1st. Bartenders prepare all alcoholic drinks for Members and guests at the Main Club or Beach Club, according to professional standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO * The Bartender's main job is to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately. * Occasionally, customers have their own preferences or recipes for a bartender to follow. * Bartenders also check the identification of members and guests at the bars to ensure that they meet the minimum drinking age. * Bartenders take drink orders and serve drinks using Jonas POS computer system to charge members for their drinks. * In the restaurant, bartenders fill drink orders placed by the diners, but the drinks are usually served by waiters. * Bartenders also have additional duties; they arrange bottles and barwares, wash glasses and clean the bar. Bartenders also remove empty bottles and trash and replace empty beer kegs. * Bartenders stock the bar by bringing liquor bottles, mixed drink ingredients, and other bar supplies from the storeroom to the bar. * They keep track of wines, beers, liquors, and other supplies, reporting what is needed to the bar manager.
