Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak professionally and effectively to customers, management and associates. • Mathematical Skills- Requires mathematical development sufficient to be able to: add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute ratio, rate and percent. Possesses sharp ability for attention to detail (able to quickly identify variances in standards), working efficiently and flexibly. Ability to multi-task and be highly organized while working under pressure. • Reasoning Ability- Must have developed reasoning skills to be able to solve practical problems and deal with various situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram form. Ability to professionally deal with underage minors and unauthorized alcohol on company property. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems and credit card processing. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. $24-$30 per hour (base wage plus tips).
