Job Summary: The Tasting Room Host/ Hostess will primarily focus on greeting the guests and making them feel welcome. Provide information and respond to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner that will exceed their expectations. Compensation : $16.50 + Commission Schedule : Wednesday- Sunday, at minimum business needs. Weekends are a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests with a smile and respond quickly to requests in a friendly and courteous manner. Explain how the tasting process works and ring up guest transactions. Escorts the guests to tasting counter to begin their tastings. Make, modify, and confirm reservations.
