Report to the designated area and receive assignments from the Banquet Captain. Responsibilities may include setting up china, glassware, linens, silverware, bread trays, and condiments.
Complete pantry tasks and other preparatory duties as assigned.
Follow assigned order-taking procedures:
Order taken directly by wait person;
Order taken by banquet captain and given to wait person;
Order written directly by member or guest (at lunch).
Enter order for the kitchen following correct procedures.

Part-time Description
We are the Premier City Club in Downtown Pittsburgh hosting the region's most interesting thinkers and innovative leaders in business, industry, finance, politics, education, philanthropy, law, medicine, and the arts.
We are looking to hire a SERVICE BARTENDER to work part-time hours. Hours would be for evening shifts with an occasional daylight shift when business demands. A higher wage is represented since this is a non-tipped position.
One must be professional, friendly, engaging and helpful at all times providing a memorable experience for all. The goal of the Club is to work together as a team so that our members receive impeccable service. One should be knowledgeable in liquor, wine and spirits. Responsibilities include preparing drink requests, stocking/setting up bar, keeping bar area clean and free of spills. Assisting with inventory. Familiar with liquor laws. RAMP certification a plus.
Position requires mobility and dexterity to bend, stoop, grasp, reach, twist, etc. One may be required to stand during the entire shift. Physical strength and capability to manually push, lift and transport items approximately 50 pounds (lifting) and 100 pounds (pushing).
