Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Serve as a Dining Room Busser in the following areas as needed:
* Prepares dining room for Residents by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service.
* Arrange tables and chairs to make room for large groups.
* Clear tables and unload trays in the kitchen, separating dishes, silverware, and linen.
* Reset the tables laying, arranging silverware and glassware.
* Refilling water glasses while properly greeting customers.
* Assist in keeping dining room clean by removing any dirty dishes and/or cleaning up spills.
Serve as a Food Runner in the following areas as needed:
* Run the food out to the correct tables in a timely manner.
* Supports wait staff/bartender by assisting them with delivery of food and retrieval of any additional items the Resident may require.
* Maintains a clean and sanitary work station
* Must be able to communicate clearly with kitchen staff.
* Other duties as assigned by F&B Manager.

Sidework Responsibilities - Tip-Supporting Tasks
Tip-supporting work is secondary to tip-producing tasks and must be limited in time. These tasks directly support guest service but do not generate tips by themselves.
Stock and prepare fruit garnishes, syrups, mixes, juices, and bar ingredients.
Prepare batches, flavored syrups, whipped creams, and specialty beverage mixes following recipes.
Restock liquor, wine, beer, sodas, glassware, ice, and bar tools.
Polish glassware and bar utensils used for guest service.
Clean and maintain bar equipment such as shakers, strainers, soda machines, and espresso tools.

Timekeeping and Pay

Manager approval is required for any extended sidework, prep, or shift extensions.

Opened in March 2017, Inter&Co Stadium is home to Orlando City of Major League Soccer (MLS) and Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL). The soccer-specific stadium is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando and was the first MLS stadium to open with five consecutive victories.
Inter&Co Stadium was 100 percent privately funded at a cost of $155 million. It features a 360-degree lower bowl, North America's first safe-standing supporters' section - dubbed "The Wall" - and a four-sided canopy roof to keep the noise in and weather out. In Section 12, there are 49 rainbow-colored seats to memorialize the victims of the tragedy at Pulse Night Club. The stadium also houses the Club's Front Office.
Since its opening, the venue had already seen a number of guest experience upgrades, highlighted by the "Orlando Made" food and beverage program, featuring local favorites for fans to enjoy all that the City Beautiful has to offer under one roof.
