Stock, cut, and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables to maintain quality. Greet guests courteously, take drink orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes and portion control. Update par sheets during shifts for accuracy and accountability. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and guest areas throughout the shift. Handle cash transactions, verify charges, record charges, and balance money. Lock and store all beverages, food, and equipment items. Follow liquor laws and regulations for serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests, and assist security with disorderly guests. What do you bring to the role? 2 years of bartending experience preferred, must have basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages. Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate, must be at least 18 years old to serve or pour alcohol.
