Process payments, handle cash accurately, and operate the POS system. Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant for business. Keep the restaurant clean-tables, floors, and guest areas-while staying friendly and upbeat. Jump in to support coworkers and management with any tasks needed to keep the team winning. What It Takes Must be 18 years or older and meet all state requirements for alcohol service. Able to read training materials, complete testing, and follow instructions in English. Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right teammate! Ability to stand, walk, bend, carry trays up to 25 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication skills and a natural, friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask, balance multiple plates or orders, and remain calm under pressure.
