Coach hosts across the full lifecycle of a show: Pre-show: preparation, product understanding, run-of-show alignment, brand tone, and selling strategy Live: real-time feedback, performance adjustments, pacing, energy, and audience engagement Post-show: performance reviews, GMV/hr analysis, and targeted improvement plans Partner with production to deliver host coaching in a way that supports show flow and operational needs.
