Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Must be 21 and over. * Ability and willingness to work in a standing position for long periods of time, in indoors + outdoors, during inclement weather. * Ability and willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. * Ability and willingness to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 40-50 lbs. on a consistent basis. * Ability and willingness to bend, squat, stoop, and climb stairs on a consistent basis. * Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner. * Must be able to manage a cash drawer. * Must have excellent communication skills. * Must have exceptional grooming standards that are consistent with company guidelines. * Must have sales ability and be able to up-sell bottles to cases. * Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. * Must be outgoing and able to approach guests and initiate conversation. * Open availability is preferred.
