Requirements Qualifications/Requirements: Minimum 6-months serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine). A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team. Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time. Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 30 lbs.). Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Food Handler Certification. Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
