This may include appointments for lab results, pharmacy refills, etc. for patients who have not been seen in a specified period of time. * Manage Rosetta Holding Tank (electronic system for mismatched labs). Return mismatched labs to Quest for correction and resubmission to patient's EHR. * Manage the clinical provider's electronic in-box (PAQ). Monitor inboxes for inactivity. Report any inactivity to clinic managers, QI staff and Director of Operations for instructions on reassigning. Makes appropriate reassignments. * Updates Electronic Practice Management (EPM) system with alerts to notify staff of patients discharged from PTH practices. * Print out verbal order forms requiring physician 'wet' signatures, send via interoffice for signature. * Respond to telephone calls from MAs requesting or waiting on results for providers. * Performs a self-audit of daily work to ensure correct application of incoming information to the EHR or EPM.
