Our restaurant is looking for a hospitality professional with a passion for the art of presentation to join our team as a Fine Dining Server. Our ideal candidate is a well-spoken individual who is knowledgeable about both our style and our cuisine. While we do not require you to have experience with our POS system, all applicants must have prior experience in food service, preferably in a fine dining environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):
Servers are responsible for the services and enjoyment of the guests
Monitor and observe guests' dining experiences. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests
Must demonstrate a willingness to increase menu and wine knowledge, hold peers to this standard, and expand fine dining skillsets to elevate guest service on a daily basis
Answer questions regarding our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
Perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end of shift paperwork
Perform opening and closing procedures
Assist with special events
Perform other assigned duties with the highest quality of standards
