Position Summary: The guest experience is very important to us, and the Host position is key to honoring that commitment. We are searching for career-minded hospitality professionals with exceptional drive and people skills. As a Host at Credence, you understand the fine balance of service. You help provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a timely, courteous, efficient, organized, and accurate manner. They are polite and friendly to guests, and colleagues alike. They understand the importance of and embody Levi Goode Brand's high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness. The Host serves as both the first and last impression for our guests, reaffirming our commitment to excellence in service and hospitality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate and execute responsibilities with elevated verbiage and refined elegance. Adhere to our uniform and grooming standards for a polished, professional image at all times. Stay informed about restaurant operations and menu details to confidently respond to guest inquiries. Lead with a warm and genuine welcome, expressing heartfelt gratitude to every guest. Express genuine appreciation with a sincere "Thank You" upon guests' departure, inviting them to return and experience our exceptional atmosphere again. Acknowledge guest's right-of-way and actively assists guests with directions or special requests. Extend the courtesy of opening doors for guests as they enter or exit the restaurant. Effectively manage phone operations. Keep the entryway clean, assisting with table turnover as necessary to ensure efficient service. Efficiently manage OpenTable, providing guests with accurate wait time estimates. Recognize opportunities to provide guests with an organic hospitality moment and execute the action. Qualifications: High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred Previous experience in fine dining restaurants preferred Previous experience with OpenTable software preferred Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Passion for culinary arts and hospitality Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays TABC and Food Handler Certified Benefits: Medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year (part-time) Access to wellness resources and support services Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours.
