Maintain and inspect menus daily to ensure quality and presentation; stay knowledgeable of all menu items and daily specials. Assist with special projects, including menu changes and signage. Support Food & Beverage operations in other areas as needed during peak service periods. Skills & Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred. Willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training. Education & Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
