RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES: Greet all guests with warmth, polish, and professionalism reflective of a luxury fine dining environment. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with accuracy and discretion. Escort guests to tables while providing informed, confident introductions to the dining room and service team. Anticipate guest needs, preferences, and special occasions to deliver personalized, memorable experiences. Serve as a primary point of contact for VIPs, hotel guests, and repeat clientele.
