Associates in hosts/hostess positions are committed to cultivating an environment and experience that make restaurant guests feel welcome. They provide exceptional guest relations by greeting restaurant patrons upon arrival, escorting them to their table, ensuring their dining experience has been excellent, and bidding guests farewell as they leave. Hosts/hostess are highly knowledgeable of all Company safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and protocols, skilled at using Opentable and Point of Sale information (POSi) and other restaurant systems, and flexible in responding to operational needs with a “can-do” approach. Answers telephone, processes and tracks reservations in Opentable according to established procedures.
