Server Reports to: Dining Room Supervisor FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Salary: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience. Summary The Server plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in all Culinary Department functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established Culinary Department policies and procedures. As a Server, you will provide residents and guests with the best possible dining experience and deliver Platinum Service with each interaction. The Server is responsible to take meal orders, serve food and beverages, and answer questions regarding the menu. Prepare and deliver snacks to special events and parties hosted at the community. Bus tables during and after the meals. Stock food and supplies properly and clean storage areas as directed.
