Ask about any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Record food and beverage orders on notepads or on POS system. Ensure special requirements are recorded. Serve food and beverage to the guests as per the course of order. Observe and ensure satisfaction with service. Maintain proper dining experience (deliver items, fulfill customer needs, offer dessert and drinks, replenish utensils, refill glasses, etc.). Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies. Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
