THE COSTUME

On occasion, Twin Peaks promotes costume parties. The costume parties are optional, and Twin Peaks Girls can choose to wear their standard Twin Peaks Girl costume instead of participating in the costume party. If the Twin Peaks Girl participates in the costume party, she must comply with the costume guidelines for such costume party.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Girl include, but are not limited to:
* Adhering to all Presentation Guidelines
* Interaction with and entertainment of guests
* Maintaining proper seating/rotation utilizing Host Concepts

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system. Must be able to suggestively sell menu items. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in order to entertain.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training. Must attend and successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision. Properly set up station and the lounge prior to the beginning shift. Set up for success....stock to par. Continually maintain cleanliness and order throughout the night.
Complete ALL opening and closing side-work duties nightly.
Always be energetic!
Always introduce yourself by name and offer a food and martini menu to each guest upon arrival in your station.
Inform guests of promotions.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Answer questions about our food, beverages, entertainment, and other lounge functions and services.
Always encourage repeat business from our guests by offering them the best possible service and sincerely thanking them for their patronage.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and fun environment for our guests.
Always be aware of sales and cash handling procedures.
Always ensure fast and courteous service to guests.
Monitor and observe guests' dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Continuously issue True Blue Lady VIP cards to target female guests and enroll guests in MYBlueVIP.
Always follow ALL guidelines in the credit card procedures.
If you have any concerns about serving guests that appear to be underage, check their IDs, always doing so in a polite manner (refer to Fake IDs).
Look for signs of impairment and only serve liquor to guests 21 years and older.
Qualifications
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.

Ensures Security for the Club's customers, employees, and property assets.
Ensures the proper count of tables for each reservation before seating
Must be knowledgeable of menu items and wine list to respond to questions.
Must be knowledgeable of table numbers and stations and wait staff assigned to tables
Assists bus staff and wait staff when needed
Coordination of all take-out orders
Schedule dining reservations
Addresses complaints of members regarding table requests
Prepares beverages when necessary.
Manages the dining room reservation and phone lines if needed.
Adhere to company guidelines and health department regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Work Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for providing guests an elegant and memorable dining experience.

Qualifications:
For shipboard employment, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
