Always be aware of potential problems between guests before they arise and solving them in a democratic manner. Never touch a guest in an offensive manner. Only restraints may be used when necessary. Never restrain by the neck or head areas. Document all incidents and accidents in the front door log in full detail and report each case to management. Alert management in writing of any maintenance/repairs. Assist service personnel by picking up dirty glasses and trash. Notify a barback of any spills. Say goodbye to everyone.
