Job Summary A Guest Service host is responsible for exceeding the Guests' expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the Guests. Host maintain the reservations and wait lists and are able to provide accurate wait times to the Guests. Hosts seat the guests while ensuring a smooth hand-off to service staff.
