Essential Responsibilities
Welcome guests upon entrance and confirm reservations.
Arrange premium tickets to in demand shows, sporting events and concerts.
Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements, including but not limited to; events, excursions, transportation, dining etc.
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.

Requirements

* Arrive early enough to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
* Know the resort and its services in the most intimate of details.
* Have extensive knowledge of the Camas Club and its policies and procedures.
* Maintain four star/four diamond service standards.
* Assist guests with check in and check out on lobby kiosk.
* Ensure that guest response process is being followed through on a daily basis.
