Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Leadership & Oversight Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and Area General Managers across the Northeast portfolio. Drive operational excellence, team performance, and adherence to company standards across all hotel departments. Leading weekly cadence of leadership meetings amongst the General Managers and Area General Managers to review KPI's, quality, standards, etc. Guide and coach GMs in achieving KPIs across guest satisfaction, staff performance, and property upkeep. Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews to monitor property standards, guest experience, and team culture (30% travel - additional travel may be required with task force assignments).
