Harassment , humiliation and bully from the people that work with including the Human Resources Dept. I feel sorry for the owners of the Hotel.
The have a trophy for harrasment/ bullying and humiliating those are their leadership role.
You can't improve them, they have a brain smaller than ants, even ants are smarter than them.
