The Enterprise Sales Executive - Government & Education is responsible for the growth and management of the business relationships with Hotwire's Government and Education and accounts. This includes local government agencies, K-12 and Higher Education institutions and Medium-Large Health Care Organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that sell the benefits of Hotwire products and services to enterprise customers.
Develop the sales territory, including cultivation of local partnerships and organizational affiliations in the GEM sectors.
Actively generate new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including networking, cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
Acquire and manage large multi-site and multi-location commercial accounts within the GEMs vertical.
Develop and deliver sales proposals to prospective accounts.
Close business deals and exceed pre-determined budgeted sales objectives.
Act as a subject matter expert for colleagues with less experience.
Maintain and build customer relationships to drive customer retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies, and service levels that meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation with excellent follow up.
Develop all applicable collaterals and presentations for non-std products (EPL, WAN, Smart City, etc.).
Develop content for panels and activations at sales trade shows and events.
Develop presentation materials to support business development efforts.

Fiber Splicer

The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation of new cable lines, both underground and on utility poles, and also performs maintenance on existing cables, including evaluation tests and repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prep and splice fiber optic cables, locate problem areas and perform other repairs as needed. This requires proficiency with fusion splicer and fiber test equipment.
Install and maintain transmission and reception equipment for FTTH network.
Install and maintain network systems for private lines and determine solutions for any issues preventing the service from operating normally.
Initiate test and turn-up procedures with System Engineers in accordance with company compliance standards.
Collect and interpret engineering documentation, to include schematics, fiber management systems and performance OTDR reports.

Conduct product demos for new business opportunities and customer education needs that will showcase the Fision product features and benefits.
Proactively learn and stay current with the competitive landscape of the industry to be prepared for customer questions and request so compare Fision service with others.
Complete all daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested by supervisor.
Assist and support all Hotwire divisions with new product demonstrations and internal/external training.
Assist the Launch Account Management team with action items associated with active launch projects to ensure commitments/deadlines are met.
Work with the necessary internal departments to complete equipment upgrade/replacement projects.
Assist with tasks as needed or assigned by the Director of Launch Account Management, the Launch Account Manager Supervisor or Area Manager.

Job Description
The Jr. Wireless Engineer supports the design, planning, and optimization of small to mid-sized wireless networks. This role assists in conducting wireless site surveys, audits, and installations under the mentorship of senior engineers, while continuously developing technical expertise and contributing to project success.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Conduct wireless network assessments including active, passive, predictive, and AP-on-aStick surveys.
Audit existing wireless networks to evaluate performance, identify design flaws, and recommend improvements.
Assist in the design and implementation of wireless projects based on client requirements and industry standards.
Support the installation, configuration, and validation of wireless solutions in commercial and residential environments.
Monitor performance and quality of wireless product installations and troubleshoot related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, field operations, and project management.

Train with other departments to gain a holistic view of wireless network deployments.

Job Description
The Fiber Splicer is responsible for the installation of new cable lines, both underground and on utility poles, and also performs maintenance on existing cables, including evaluation tests and repair.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prep and splice fiber optic cables, locate problem areas and perform other repairs as needed. This requires proficiency with fusion splicer and fiber test equipment.
Install and maintain transmission and reception equipment for FTTH network.
Install and maintain network systems for private lines and determine solutions for any issues preventing the service from operating normally.
Initiate test and turn-up procedures with System Engineers in accordance with company compliance standards.
Collect and interpret engineering documentation, to include schematics, fiber management systems and performance OTDR reports.
Support field maintenance teams, including: IT, regional engineering teams and any other department as related to fiber network.
Provide demand and preventive maintenance for fiber network & FTTH.
Maintain proper network documentation on changes and upgrades.
Troubleshoot MDF/headend issues with 3rd party providers.
Work within the engineering team to ensure all connections are within required specifications.
Work on an on-call schedule rotation as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to use advanced test equipment like OTDR's, optical power meters and other fiber testing equipment as required
SCTE certification a plus
Ability to work days, weekends, evenings and holidays and participate with on-call rotation as needed.
