Scott Beiser is the Chief Executive Officer of Houlihan Lokey, a publicly-traded international investment banking firm specializing in mergers & acquisitions, financial restructuring and business valuations. Scott’s responsibilities include managing Houlihan Lokey’s operations, identifying and developing new strategic opportunities and pursuing and managing new and existing client relationships. Scott previously led Houlihan Lokey’s Infrastructure Services and Materials practice and has specialized expertise in investment banking services for engineering and construction businesses. Scott is also on the board of FNF Construction. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Beiser was a Senior Financial Analyst at Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Co., where he supervised the budget and forecasting department. Mr. Beiser earned both a B.S. and an M.S. in Finance from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge.

Mr. Alley has served as Houlihan Lokey’s Chief Financial Officer since 2012. In this role, Mr. Alley oversees the Company’s accounting and financial reporting operations as well as acquisition business development. Mr. Alley joined Houlihan Lokey in 1995 as an investment banker focusing on advising public and private clients, boards of directors, and special committees on sell side and buy side mergers and acquisitions prior to being appointed to the Chief Financial Officer role. Mr. Alley joined Houlihan Lokey in 1995.

Mr. Alley earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and graduated with highest distinction with an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
