Job Description Houlihan Lokey's Capital Solutions Group originates, structures, and executes private and public debt and equity financings on behalf of the firm's corporate and private equity clients. The candidate would work in the Financial Services & Structured Finance pod within Capital Solutions that focuses on structuring and placing debt and equity financings in a broad range of situations involving financial services companies and financial assets. Our team works on transactions that provide exposure to various financing products, techniques, and applications, such as bank debt, senior loans, rated and unrated securitizations, second-lien debt, unitranche debt, mezzanine debt, and equity / equity-linked securities for a variety of uses, including growth capital, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), acquisition financing, refinancings, dividend recapitalization, and special situations. Members of the Financial Services & Structured Finance pod within the Capital Solutions Group gain significant exposure to their counterparts at private equity firms, corporations, and private capital investors. They also work closely with Houlihan Lokey's industry coverage, M&A, financial restructuring, and financial valuation and advisory teams.     The Credit Financing team is seeking a VP/Director-level structurer to join its team to assist in the structuring, rating and distribution of lending facilities backed by portfolios of corporate credit. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with structured finance and capital markets transactions, particularly in relation to CLOs, collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), rated note feeders and NAV facilities. The Credit Financing team is part of the Spread Products division within Markets. The business focuses on customized financing solutions for strategic clients including large, well-known alternative investment managers. These facilities are backed by a range of assets, including broadly syndicated and private credit loans to corporate borrowers, and are primarily retained for Citi's portfolio but may also be securitized into the capital markets or syndicated to other institutional investors. The team is small, highly collaborative and has built and maintained a market-leading lending franchise for close to two decades. The candidate will have exposure to experienced market participants and constant interactions with other teams across the Bank (businesses specializing in other asset classes, risk, operations, sales, legal, tax and accounting teams). Role Description: The WM Fraud Risk Team seeks an experienced professional to support efforts in the development of fraud mitigation controls for the purchase, sale, or transfer of cryptocurrencies. This individual will assess and document scenarios that pose significant cryptocurrency fraud risk to Morgan Stanley and our clients. Each scenario will be researched and evaluated to apply appropriate controls that sufficiently mitigate risks and are in line with industry standards. They will also be responsible for responding to fraud incidents involving cryptocurrencies and highlighting any deficiencies through an after-action report.
