This position is responsible for performing all aspects of handcuff customer service. This includes but is not limited to handcuff repair, communication with customers, problem solving and interaction with handcuff production team to relay information as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Must be able to diagnose, problem solve, and repair all defects associated in a timely manner such as, but not limited to: Broken keys, jammed locks, foreign material in locking area, bent jaws/checks, replacement of jaws, replacement of lock works, broken joint studs and swivels.
* Must know model numbers and the parts that belong to them.
* Must be able to determine correct parts / finishes visually by SKU/ model number
* Must be able to fully inspect a handcuff for all factory specifications including but not limited to the defects listed above.
* Must be able to modify correct components properly to ensure handcuff meets factory specifications while ensuring safe operation and durability.
* Must maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure cosmetics are not compromised during the repair process.
* Must be able to communicate with customers as needed to discuss repair status and or approach.
* Must be able to drill out joint studs, key bosses, cut chain, weld, twist links, assemble rivet and qualify handcuffs as needed.
* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and continuously work to improve the product.
* Operate machine or group of machines and adjust as needed to repair handcuffs.
* Safely handle and manually transport materials, parts, supplies, etc., within department.
* Work to meet or exceed schedule/job standard and quality requirements
* Keep work area and equipment clean, safe and orderly.
* Follow all safety and EH&S requirements and use of personal protective equipment
* Openly offer job suggestions for possible improvements such as methods, procedures, ways of doing things, housekeeping, safety, training, etc.

Responsibilities
A Drive Test Technician is responsible for executing mobile and stationary RF testing to validate wireless network performance. This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This position requires 100% travel.
This position will support the Northeast region which consists of the following states:
MN, VT, NE, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Drive Testing: Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters.
Perform a Speed Test
Data Collection & Upload: Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data. Upload results to centralized servers for post-processing and validation.
Properly follow the test files naming conventions.
Reporting: Communicate with Circet and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred.
1-3 years of experience in RF testing or field technician roles desired.
Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial.
Must have good computer skills.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
Willingness and ability to work overtime

As the primary contact for referred families, you will provide individualized career services to help participants prepare for, secure, and sustain employment-laying the groundwork for long-term economic mobility.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree, in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Human Services, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
At least 3 years' experience in career services, case management, workforce development, or social services-preferably serving low-income, TANF, or other public-benefit populations. Experience in related fields such as education, healthcare administration, retail or hospitality management, or human resources is also valued.
At least 5 years' experience supervising and leading teams to achieve performance outcomes, ideally in career services, case management, workforce development, or social services.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and a belief in the capacity of people.
Proven strong customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate employer, funder, participant and team needs, respond quickly, and sustain trust-based relationships.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value, manage stakeholder expectations, and influence without formal authority.
Strong data literacy, including experience managing dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to guide strategic decision-making.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with skill in prioritizing and tracking multiple cases in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Technologically proficient and adaptable, with experience documenting services and outcomes in electronic case management systems (ECM and CRM platforms) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools such as Zoom and SharePoint.
