Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of residences to five-star standards
Maintain pristine organization across all household spaces, closets, and pantries
Conduct deep cleaning projects and seasonal refreshes as needed
Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care with precision and attention to fine fabrics
Assist with food and beverage service during family meals and guest visits
Restock household supplies and manage inventory across multiple properties
Support special projects and collaborate closely with the broader household team
Communicate effectively with the House Manager and other staff to ensure seamless operations
Schedule & Team Structure
Monday-Friday base schedule (approx. 9:00 AM-5:30 PM)
Rotating early/late shifts when principals are in residence (9:00 AM-5:30 PM or 11:00 AM-7:30 PM)
Occasional weekend coverage (scheduled in advance)
Frequent coordination between Upper West Side residences and Tribeca office (travel reimbursed)
Team includes an Estate Manager, House Manager, Facilities Manager, and three Housekeepers
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in luxury homes, hotels, or private estates
Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to high housekeeping standards
Skilled in caring for fine materials, furnishings, and wardrobes

Professional House Cleaners will be traveling to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. As a Professional House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes mileage reimbursement, paid training, all of your supplies and equipment, and various awards and incentives.
