As a Housekeeper, you will: * Maintain Clean and Comfortable Living Spaces - Ensure cleanliness in all areas, including resident rooms, common areas, and other support spaces. Coordinate housekeeping tasks with the housekeeping team, support resident move-ins and move-outs. * Support Safety and Emergency Procedures - Adhere to infection control procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment. Respect residents' time, personal space, and belongings, recognizing your role as a guest in their home. Assist in resident evacuations during emergencies. * Documentation - Document in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures. * Other Duties as Assigned * Attend in-service training, carry out special projects as identified. The Residential Cleaning Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning operations of the property. It is their responsibility that the properties remain in pristine condition by performing the necessary cleaning of the buildings. You will work both independently and with a team. You are the point of contact with the above listed associates for any cleaning needs. You will provide exceptional cleaning service and maintain a high level of professionalism with residents and associates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintaining cleanliness for the interior of 3 Amigos apartment communities. • Utilize the customized cleaning checklist to perform all tasks to the standards established by 3 Amigos. Common tasks include: o Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, etc. o Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilet, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc in restrooms, clubrooms, fitness etc. o Replenish supplies in restrooms, common areas and amenities o Sweep, mop, vacuum and/or hand scrub floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners o Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas o Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, et • Identify potential safety or maintenance/cleaning issues and communicate them with the appropriate persons. • Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform services to established standards • Handle special requests for properties as appropriate • Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies and incident reporting. • Special projects as directed by maintenance supervisor.
